Ordering + Preorders
What’s a preorder?
Preorders let you shop upcoming collections before they launch. You’ll place your order in advance, and your items are made just for you. This helps us keep waste low and offer more styles in more sizes!
How long do preorders take to ship?
Each preorder will include an estimated turnaround time (typically 3–5 weeks). We'll keep you updated on the status and email you once your order is ready.
How do I place an order on Facebook?
We post new collections in our Facebook group first. To claim, just comment your item, size, email, and state. Once the checkout link goes live, you'll receive an email with everything you need to check out on our website.
Shipping + Pickup
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You’ll see your total before payment.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free pickup at locations around Rome, GA including West Rome, Downtown, Armuchee, and Cave Spring. Choose your preferred spot at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive an email with shipping or pickup details as soon as your order is packed up and ready to go.
Returns + Issues
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please double-check the size chart before ordering!
What if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please email a photo of the defect and your order information to brey@shopbbbaby.com within 5 days of delivery.

What sizes do you offer?
Our collections include sizes for:
- Newborn
- Infant
- Toddler
- Kids up to size 10
- Select adult sizes for coordinating family styles
How do BB Baby items fit?
Most of our items run true to size, and fit details are listed on each product page. If an item runs smaller or larger, we’ll always let you know in the description!
Do you carry adult sizes?
Yes! Many of our collections include matching adult styles so you can coordinate with your littles.
